The Schaefer Flask Cleaning Brush is designed to provide superior cleaning of the cope and drag during the pinch out operation. Your brushes will be made to bolt directly to the punch out plate of your existing equipment.
Schaefer’s rugged 1” x 2” Aluminum Brush blocks can be filled with heavy nylon or wire as follows:
~ 1 row (wire or nylon)
~ 2 rows (example: 1 row wire/1 row nylon)
~ 3 rows (example: 2 outside rows wire/middle row nylon)
The aluminum holder can be refilled with new bristles to save on replacement cost.
